A: Our Well sites work off the power grid just like your home. If you have no power there is a likeliood that we do not as well. As soon as power is restored to the area you should see your water service restored. Please report this outage just to ensure that we are aware by clicking on this link.

A: If you haven’t paid your water bill in some time, you may have been disconnected for non-payment. If you are unsure please call 520-624-1460 and dial option 5 to check your account status.

A: Make sure you complete an application for service and follow all the instructions provided to you by Utility staff. If you have recently moved into the home but have not completed an application you can do so now by clicking here.

A: The prior customer may have requested that the service be disconnected. Until you establish service with the Utility through the application process, the prior customer is still responsible for any water you use, therefore they are within their right to request the service be disconnected.

A: Have you submitted your security deposit and establishment fee payment? If not your service may have been disconnected. The Application process includes completing the application and submitting payment for the start-up fees, if those have not been received it could explain why the service was disconnected.
